These terms apply to electricpalm.com and to purchases from SF Coconut Family LLC ("Electric Palm", "we"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Electric Palm coconut water is a food product. Nutrition information on the can and on this site reflects the current label. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Merchandise is printed to order by a third-party fulfillment partner and ships separately from beverages.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and ship in the order received once Drop 001 arrives. If a shipment is delayed more than 30 days past the ship date we quote at checkout, you may cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier picks up the package. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. Drop 001 ships within the United States only.

Returns

Beverages cannot be returned once shipped. Merchandise that arrives damaged or misprinted is replaced free. Size exchanges on unworn merchandise are accepted within 14 days; you cover return shipping.
