FAQ
What's actually in the can?
Two ingredients: coconut water, and less than 1% cane sugar, 4g of added sugar per serving, just enough to round out the coconut. That's the entire list. The synthwave is applied externally.
Where do the coconuts come from?
Vietnam. The water is never from concentrate. It's the actual water from the coconut, flash-pasteurized (a quick heat treatment) so it stays safe and shelf-stable without preservatives. Coconut, can, you. That's the whole supply chain.
What about the can itself?
Aluminum, BPA-free lining, fully recyclable. Unopened, it keeps for 24 months with no fridge required, so the case can live in your trunk, gym bag, or festival stash. Once you open it, refrigerate it and finish it within a day or two, same as fresh juice.
What does it taste like?
Like fresh coconut water: clean, lightly sweet, the way it tastes close to the source. Because it's never from concentrate it doesn't have that flat carton taste; the whisper of cane sugar rounds out the finish.
Is this an energy drink?
The opposite. Energy drinks borrow from tomorrow with caffeine and pay you back in crashes. Electric Palm puts back what tonight took out, fluids and the electrolytes you sweat away, with zero caffeine.
The panel says 26g total sugars. What's the deal?
Fair question. Coconut water is fruit water: about 22g of those sugars occur naturally in the coconut itself, the same way an apple carries sugar. We add just 4g of cane sugar (8% DV) to round out the flavor. Compare that to a 16oz energy drink where 50g or more is added by someone in a lab coat. Natural doesn't mean sugar-free; it means the sugar came with the water.
What if my order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive?
We make it right. Email support@electricpalm.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll ship a replacement or refund you, your choice. Lost in transit? Same email, same fix.
When does Drop 001 ship?
The founding list gets the early-access link 48 hours before the public. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 5. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address; cans are heavy and we charge what the carrier charges us, no padding. US only for the first run.
Should I drink it cold?
Legally we can't stop you from drinking it warm, but the can is black for a reason. Ice cold, straight from the can, ideally somewhere with a subwoofer.
