Electric Palm is operated by SF Coconut Family LLC, San Francisco, California ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on electricpalm.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you join our email list, we store the email address you give us. If you contact us, we keep your message and the address you sent it from. When we open online ordering, our checkout provider (Shopify) will collect the name, shipping address, and payment details needed to fulfill your order; we never see your full card number. We also receive standard web analytics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.

How we use it

To send you the pre-order link, event invites, and occasional updates; to fulfill and ship orders; to answer your messages; and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the services that help us run the business (email delivery, checkout, print fulfillment, shipping).

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, email support@electricpalm.com and we will take care of it.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic analytics. No advertising cookies are set on this site.
